2. About Simplistic Views
Simplistic Views, LLC ("Simplistic Views," "we," "our," or "us") is a Chicago-based video production company serving corporate, B2B, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, public safety, and other business clients. Our services include video strategy, production, post-production, branded content, client testimonial videos, executive interview videos, event video, internal communications video, product and demo videos, and related marketing and video services.
3. Website Use
The Site is provided for informational purposes. You may use the Site to learn about our services, view our portfolio, read our blog, and submit inquiries. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, deceptive, or infringing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

Submitting a contact form, booking a discovery call, or otherwise reaching out to us does not create a client relationship, obligation, or contract between you and Simplistic Views. It is an expression of interest and initiates our intake and consultation process.
A formal client relationship is only established when both parties have signed or otherwise agreed in writing to a proposal, statement of work, estimate, or equivalent project agreement. All project terms : including scope of work, deliverables, usage rights, licensing, revision rounds, payment terms, cancellation terms, and production logistics: are governed exclusively by that written agreement, not by these Terms.
5. Estimates, Pricing, and Availability
Any pricing, ranges, or estimates mentioned on the Site or in initial conversations are provided for general reference only and are not binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on project scope, timeline, crew, locations, deliverables, and other variables. Firm pricing is provided only in a written estimate or proposal.
We do not guarantee availability for any particular project dates until confirmed in writing as part of a project agreement. Inquiry submission does not hold, reserve, or commit any production dates.
6. No Guarantee of Marketing or Business Results
The content on this Site: including case studies, client examples, portfolio pieces, testimonials, and blog posts: is provided for informational and illustrative purposes. Past results for other clients do not guarantee similar outcomes for your project or business.
Simplistic Views does not guarantee specific production timelines, marketing results, revenue outcomes, lead generation outcomes, search rankings, social media performance, or any other business metric resulting from video content we produce. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your marketing strategy, distribution, targeting, budget, market conditions, and audience behavior.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including text, graphics, logos, photography, video, and code) is owned by or licensed to Simplistic Views, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Site content without our prior written permission.
Intellectual property rights in video content we produce for clients are addressed in the applicable project proposal or agreement. Unless your project agreement explicitly transfers copyright ownership to you, Simplistic Views retains certain rights as described in that agreement, including but not limited to portfolio use rights.
8. Portfolio, Website Content, and Case Studies
Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, Simplistic Views reserves the right to use completed work (including video footage, screenshots, project descriptions, and client names) in our portfolio, on our website, in our marketing materials, and on our social media channels to showcase our production capabilities.
If you have confidentiality requirements or restrictions on portfolio use, these must be addressed and documented in your project agreement before production begins.
9. User Submissions and Form Content
When you submit information through our contact forms, booking tools, or other interactive features, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry and, if a project proceeds, to provide services.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through general contact forms unless a confidentiality agreement is in place. We handle submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, embedded video players, scheduling tools, social media profiles, or other external services. These include but are not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, Cloudflare, Vimeo, YouTube, and other technology vendors.
We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Clicking a third-party link takes you outside our Site and subjects you to that platform's own terms and privacy policies. We do not endorse any third-party site or service unless explicitly stated.
11. SMS, Phone, and Email Communications
By submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Simplistic Views, LLC related to your inquiry, appointments, project communications, service updates, and, where permitted, marketing communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
To opt out of marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send or contact us at hello@simplisticviews.com. Transactional or project-related messages may continue even after a marketing opt-out.
12. Scheduling and Cancellations
If you book a discovery call or consultation through our Site, we ask that you provide reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule. Policies related to production scheduling, cancellation fees, postponement, and rescheduling for contracted projects are governed by your signed project agreement, not these Terms.
13. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time without notice or liability.
14. Limitation of Liability
